Access you control.
Connecting a provider and granting Rupert support access are separate decisions. Choose a support administrator, grant temporary read access and revoke it from your workspace.
Saved provider credentials are encrypted on the server. Customer-held encryption keys are planned; current encryption does not prevent access by infrastructure operators.

Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Create your account with a verified Google identity. Paid checkout is a separate step inside your workspace.
How does the referral discount work?
An active paying Rupert customer can share their referral code. Eligible new subscriptions receive 50% off the $499 monthly price for 12 months in exchange for a 12-month commitment. You pay $249.50 per month, then $499 per month after the first year. Taxes may apply.
Who bills my subscription?
Stripe processes subscription payments using the CSP Cyber Security Pilot billing account. You review the amount before confirming payment.
Does Google sign-in connect all my business accounts?
No. It verifies your identity for Rupert. Each supported provider connection needs its own authorization and setup.
