Fortress pancake compressor

Separate equipment from the T-1000 poly bagger. Follow this routine for the Fortress compressor only.

Start-of-day checklist

  1. Inspect: confirm the tank is drained, the hose and fittings look secure, and the drain valve is closed.
  2. Connect power: plug in the compressor and switch it on.
  3. Build pressure: let the compressor run until it reaches operating pressure.
  4. Check PSI: confirm the regulator/gauge is at the required pressure before running the equipment it supplies.

End-of-day safety check

  1. Switch off: turn the compressor off.
  2. Drain the tank: open the drain valve until water stops flowing, then close the valve.
  3. Pull the power: unplug the compressor after draining it.
Stop and get assistance if the compressor will not build pressure, the gauge is not reading correctly, or a hose/fitting leaks.
